Bullseye, LLC knows that our hobby is expensive. We offer firearms at a fair price as a service to all of our customers. Please understand that we are a small business and carry a small inventory therefore we follow guidelines that benefit both parties involved. Bullseye, LLC reserves the right to deny and/or cancel any purchase order at any time. We require a minimum 30% non-refundable deposit. The 30% is calculated from the sales price, plus any applicable taxes and/or fees. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards, money orders or banker's cheques. The purchase order will lock in the current price and/or promo offered for the item at the time of purchase order and will not be eligible for changes. There is no deposit required on items less than $200.00 total value. A maximum of 2 guns per customer may be purchased. Purchase orders may be cancelled at any time, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed, and a gift certificate will be provided for the remaining monies paid by customer to Bullseye, LLC. The piece on the purchase order will be put back on the market. The gift certificate may be used on another purchase at Bullseyes, LLC. Read and Initial Each Box below I understand that I am purchasing this item and will take possession of it when full paid in accordance to this agreement and, for firearms, a background check must be completed before the ownership is transferred. I certify, that I am legally authorized under my Federal, State. and local ordinances to take possession of the firearm at the conclusion of the layaway period (for example magazine capacity restrictions and at least 21 for handgun/pistol purchase I agree to all the terms of the purchase order contract set by Bullseye, LLC and to to begin the purchase order process. I agree to the following payment schedule. 1/3 of the deposit and balance due on or before purchase is finalized.
