Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

At Bullseye LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality firearms training in a safe and professional environment. To ensure fairness for all participants and instructors, please review the cancellation, refund, and reschedule policies before registering.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is based on how much notice is provided before the scheduled class date:
Notice Period Refund Amount
30+ days before class Full refund (minus $10 processing fee)
14–29 days before class 75% refund
7–13 days before class 50% refund
0–6 days before class or no-show No refund
Additional Details:

No-shows automatically forfeit all payments.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Reschedule Policy

Participants may reschedule once at no charge, provided the request is made at least 7 days prior to the original class date.

Reschedule requests made within 7 days of the class date incur a $50 reschedule fee and are subject to availability.

Any additional reschedule requests beyond the first will be treated as a new registration.
Transfers
- Class transfers must be requested via email at bullseyellcsales@gmail.com.
- Transfers are not complete until confirmed by Bullseye LLC staff.
Class Cancellations by Bullseye LLC
If Bullseye LLC must cancel a class due to weather, low enrollment, or an instructor emergency, participants may choose one of the following:

Transfer to the next available class date, or

Receive a full credit toward a future class.
Medical or Emergency Exceptions

If you are unable to attend due to a documented medical emergency, contact Bullseye LLC within 7 days of the class for consideration of a refund or class credit.

Documentation (e.g., doctor’s note) is required for review and approval.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellation, reschedule, or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email:
Verbal or phone-only cancellations cannot be accepted.
By registering for a Bullseye LLC class, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above cancellation and reschedule policy.
