This agreement is between Bullseye, LLC and the participant in respect to the reproduction of either photography or a video described below: I voluntarily grant to Bullseye, LLC the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance in my photos, video recordings, digital images, audiotapes, and the like, taken or made on behalf of Bullseye, LLC or its partners. I agree that Bullseye, LLC has complete ownership of such material and can be used for the purpose of, advertisement, marketing and promotion of Bullseye LLC, which can include, but is not limited to, website, digital, printed publications, promotional materials, commercials, or educational materials in any medium. Furthermore, I grant creative permission to Bullseye LLC, to alter the photographs/video(s) if, necessary. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such images, videos, likeness, etc. I, release, waive, forever discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue Bullseye, LLC, employees, agents, or representatives from and against any and all liability of harm, injury, damage, claims, actions, causes of actions, costs, demands, and expenses of ay nature whatsoever relating to the making, showing, distribution or use of my likeness in photos and videos created by Bullseyes, LLC. Bullseyes, LLC has the full, exclusive and complete ownership of said material produced pursuant to this release, which shall be deemed the sole property of Bullseye, LLC, all of which ownership and rights I grant to Bullseye, LLC for good and sufficient considerations. I represent that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years and that I have read the foregoing and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representative and assigns.
