Bullseye Consignment Policy

Consignor agrees to place the item(s) listed below on consignment with Bullseye, LLC to try to sell them under the terms of this agreement. Bullseye, LLC agrees to accept the item(s) listed for consignment sale under the terms of this agreement. Bullseye, LLC will:

  • Inspect all the item(s) listed in this agreement,
  • Write up the description and specifications necessary to offer.
  • Will advertise and offer the item(s) for sale as it deems appropriate.

When the item(s) consigned is/are sold and final payment is made by the buyer, the Consignor will receive their net amount within 30 days. The Consignor represents that they are the rightful owner of the item(s) listed, and that the item(s) are free of any encumbrance. The Consignor agrees that, as Bullseye, LLC is required to complete all inspections. prepare the item(s) for sale, and advertise the item(s), that the item(s) consigned will be left on consignment with Bullseye, LLC. The Consignor agrees to pay a $50.00 processing fee for all necessary documents for the transfer of the firearm to Bullseye, LLC possession for the purpose of sale of firearm.

ALL ITEM(S) MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION AND CLEAN: Consignee reserves the right not to display any consigned item found on close inspection to be defective. Such item(s) not reclaimed by the consignor within seven days of mailing of notification, the firearm will become property of Bullseye, LLC.

LIABILITY: Consignee shall not be liable to Consignor for any loss or damage suffered to Consignor's merchandise, including, but limited to, loss or damage to such merchandise from fire, theft, or other casualty. Consignor, hereby releases, Consignee to the fullest extent possible under the law from any and all claims or any nature in connection with or arising from the placement of Consignor's merchandise with Consignee. Consignor further covenants that he/she shall make no claim against Consignee, Consignee's insurance carrier or the property owner where the items are being stored or held for any damage to Consignor's merchandise.

If the Consignor decides to have consigned item(s) returned, Federal Law requires that the Consignor complete all appropriate forms as if they were purchasing the firearms and pass the NICS background check and consignor agrees to pay Bullseye, LLC $25.00 for transfer fees. If consignor fails either the documentation or NICS check the firearm becomes the permanent property of Bullseye, LLC.

Store & Online Sales only are available for 30% commission for listing on Bullseye, LLC. All firearms will be listed with the reserve at the consignor's minimum acceptable price, plus 30%. Firearm sale must be finalized for payment to be released. Fees for other services provided by Bullseye, LLC, (e.g., background checks, cleaning of a weapon, etc.) or for services provided by third-party vendors are additional and are not included in the consignment fee.

After all applicable fees and expenses are deducted from selling price, a check will be issued for the remaining balance to consignor. If consignor does not pick up check within 14 days, check will be mailed to their address of record on file via U.S.P.S. for an additional fee of $10.00.
