Bullseye Firearms Storage Policy

Firearm Storage (Custodial Custody):

Retain ownership of your firearms while securely storing them within our vaults. You have the flexibility to retrieve your firearms as needed. This program is tailored for individuals facing limited storage space, concerns from a spouse, inquisitive children, during vacations, or when selling a residence. The storage fee will be a flat fee of 15.00 per day. For extend periods of storage price may vary. 

Voluntary Non-Custodial Firearm Storage Agreement:

In this arrangement, firearm owners willingly place their firearms in storage as an alternative to potential confiscation by law enforcement. This action is carried out under a court order, and access to firearms is only permitted upon the elevation of that order. Storage fee of all firearms and equipment will be 150.00 per month for the first 3 months. If extended period is necessary price will be 25 per gun,  per month. If invoice is not paid within 90 days customer will forfeit all of their rights of their Firearms to Bullseye, LLC.

Firearm Transferred Storage:

Surrender possession of your firearms to Bullseye, LLC, until you are legally eligible to reclaim them. This option is designed for customers facing legal constraints, such as pending divorce, pending criminal allegations, restraining orders, allegations of domestic violence, safety concerns, mental health issues, etc. In the event of disqualification, firearms will be sold and the retained value will be preserved.  Storage fee of all firearms and equipment will be 150.00 per month for the first 3 months. If extended period is necessary price will be 25 per gun, per month. If invoice is not paid within 90 days, customer will forfeits all ownership rights of their Firearms to Bullseye, LLC.
